The staff is awsome David at the front desk is an extremely good guy. Room service daily. Very good.

The negatives far outweigh the pluses. Rundown condition, "questionable guests", old, stained bedding, uncomfortable bed, shower curtain that didn't keep,water IN the shower, defective coffeemaker, floors that needed a 'good scrubbing', older Tv with VERY minimal selctions (not needed for questionable guests?), parking was very limited in a less-than-desireable part of town. Pluses- owner and his wife were cheerful. We won't be staying here again.

Stayed here to go on a family vacation to sequoias only downfall was the tv very statically and it was not a smart tv so I could not cast a movie for my kids. Other than that everything else was great!
