The staff were very nice and accommodating. The sofa was very uncomfortable as was the bed. The pillows were great. The was no hand soap in the bathroom. The Cafe staff were nice and the food was good BUT it was closed on Wednesday.

The Friday Harbor Suites was well-lit and clean. This was true from the lobby, the hallways to the rooms. The room was much bigger than I had expected. There was plenty of parking during our stay. This was not too far a drive from the downtown area. It was definitely within walking distance.

The suite we stayed in had a kitchen and separate bedroom which was nice, although the kitchen was minimally stocked, no dish soap, 4 place settings. There was quite a bit of mold/mildew built up in the bathroom. The suite itself was spacious, would be great for a family with a second bed in the living room

Would stay here again. Good location and quiet. I would refrain from using the fake, artificial scented cleaners and air fresheners. Our room needed to be aired out because it was so strong. Also, the women’s bathroom downstairs was out of toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser was broken. Other than that, staff was kind, property was clean.

It's a pretty good walk uphill from the ferry so I would recommend using their shuttle service. I do wish the shuttle service was offered longer (it ends at 4:00 p.m.).

This hotel was wonderful!! It was raining during our stay so we used all the amenities. The games room was really fun and the hot tub/jacuzzi was amazing! We also used the grill one night and the staff were very accommodating! Thank you!
