"Great hotel right next to train station and central bus terminal. Check in was easy the front desk clerks were very helpful. Very clean rooms and guest areas. You get a voucher for a drink if you don't require servicing the room at that day. Also great bar what is open Monday through Saturday staffed with amazing employees. "

"The reception was courteous and very helpful. Set me up with a hotel pass for the local transport. Gave me a map and provided useful suggestions Upgraded me when they realized it was my birthday. The breakfast was wonderful."

"Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly. "

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "
