Ok for price

Great location. We primarily went for one night to go to Zepplin museum which hotel was feet away. Location to walking was wonderful. Close to water and restaurants

Ankunft im Hotel: 17:30 Uhr 1. zugeteiltes Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. (Bilder im Anhang) 2. zugeteiltes Zimmer war belegt. Die Zimmerkarte wurde uns vom Personal ausgehĂ€ndigt und beim Betreten des Zimmers befand sich die Mieterin im Zimmer. Alles in allem eine katastrophale Organisation. Wir sind abgereist ohne zu ĂŒbernachten. Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Personal sehr gut und freundlich. Hatte in der Reservierung nicht beachtet, dass Nebenhaus fĂŒr das Zimmer mitgebucht wird. Kurzerhand wurde fĂŒr uns im Haupthaus 1.OG das Zimmer zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt fĂŒr den gleichen Preis. Nur negativ ist der Fernseher an der Wand, etwas schief und die Kabel mit der Mehrfachsteckdose blank herunterhĂ€ngend, naja mit etwas Kabelkanal wĂ€re das behebbar.

Clean but don't go if you like to sleep at night

The hotel was a bit challenging to find, since it's actually in a plaza and not a street. We called the hotel foe help, but the guy working the 8pm shift couldn't speak a word of English, so we found it by accident on our own. The room was nice and clean. There were 3 lamps in the room for lighting, so not the best for people who want to read in the dark. Though the bed was quite comfy, the air in the room gets stuffy quickly so we had to keep the windows open... Except we didn't know that the hotel is right above the plaza where all the city drunks pass by at 2h30am. We were woken up to groups of drunken boys and girls. Some were happy and some were mad, regardless of their mood, they all decided to shout (some sang),so we lostened to that for a while during the night. At 7am prompt the church bell next door rang. At 7h30 the plaza got busy with local merchants preparing to open store. We had a very adventurous night there, ok for people who don't need much sleep, but maybe not so great for those who like to get a good night's sleep.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig! Das ist das positive. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, das Housekeeping ist erst gar nicht erschienen nach der ersten Nacht - was von dem Mitarbeiter zuerst mit einem „doch“, dann mit einem „ist ja nicht schlimm“ kommentiert wurde. Absolut unmöglich! Erst eine wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterin hat sich am nĂ€chsten Morgen fĂŒr das VersĂ€umnis und das Verhalten ihres Kollegen entschuldigt - und einen Rabatt fĂŒr die zweite Übernachtung angeboten. Ich bin beruflich oft in Hotels, auch schon oft in Hotels der Best Western Gruppe. So einen „Standard“ wie in Friedrichshafen habe ich zum GlĂŒck noch nirgendwo erleben mĂŒssen.

KĂŒhlschrank mit Überreste

Das Zimmer war in eine andere Gebaude eine Straße weiter entfernt von See, kein Ausblick und musste im Regen das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ĂŒber die Straße holen. Es gab zwei Fenster aber nur eine mit Tagesvorhang. Auf dem Tisch stand eine Flasche Mineralwasser kostenlos zu verfĂŒgung. War aber geöffnet und halb leer. Im KĂŒhlschrank viele Überreste vom FrĂŒhstĂŒck des vorherigen Gastes. Das ist unakzeptabel, besonders jetzt im Coronazeiten.

Kurzurlaub mit Familie am Bodensee

Die Zimmer waren sehr gerĂ€umig. Uns hat die gute Lage des Hotels gefallen, es liegt in der NĂ€he der Promenade. Auf Grund der aktuellen Lage fiel leider das FrĂŒhstĂŒck etwas einseitig aus (abgepackte Lebensmittel zum Mitnehmen). Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und renoviert. Es hatte Blick in die FußgĂ€ngerzone. In unserem Zimmer gab es durch einen kleinen FußgĂ€ngerweg zum Wasser einen Blick zum Bodensee. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war aufgrund von Corona mit belegtem Brötchen und Obst (beides eingepackt), die man dann im Zimmer gegessen hat. Eine Lösung, die fĂŒr uns zum Wandern ok war.

Good location, service could improve

The hotel is very well located, close to everything. The room was big and comfortable. However the walls are like paper, you can hear everything from people talking and walking and also the church bell. Thw worst part was the housekeeping. Despite having the "do not disturb" sign outside the door, they knocked multiple times and even opener the door once, when we're still asleep. Then after we left the room we didnt get new towels for thar day (left the room 11am). We had to ask reception and got small towels only. Reception was nice and tried to help.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war groß uns sauber. Wir hatten das Hotel ausgesucht, weil das FrĂŒhstĂŒck inbegriffen war. Leider erfuhren wir nur bei der Ankunft, dass nur abgepacktes FrĂŒhstĂŒck serviert wir. Als alternative konnte man eine Gutschrift fĂŒr 5,00 EUR pro Tag erhalten. Finde die EntschĂ€digung steht zu keinem LeistungsverhĂ€ltins. FĂŒr 5,00 EUR kann man nirgends außerhalb FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und wenn man das FrĂŒhstĂŒck dazu bucht muss man ca. 11,00 EUR pro Tag extra bezahlen.

Beim einchecken war nur jemand der schlecht deutsch konnte und jemand, der Friedrichshafen nicht kennt. Die Reinigungskraft bestand nur aus auslĂ€ndischen jungen MĂ€nnern. Fand ich als Frau sehr unangenehm. Ich mag nicht, wenn MĂ€nner meiner NachtwĂ€sche zusammen legen. Putzmaterial wurde vergessen mitzunehmen. HandtĂŒcher wurden unnötig jeden Tag gewechselt. Der Umwelt zu liebe muss das nicht sein. Die Einrichtung war abgenutzt, Heizkörper, Fenster und Fensterritze beim öffnen zu erkennen, waren nicht sauber.

Ja die Lage in 2ter Reihe zum See ist schon richtig gut, das war's dann auch schon. Das Hotel liegt in einer FussgĂ€ngerzone was die Anfahrt schon mal erschwert, dann auch fĂŒr LĂ€rm bis spĂ€t in die Nacht und frĂŒh am Morgen (Lieferlkw) sorgt. Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus war klein, dunkel und altbacken eingerichtet, an so etwas wie Klima nicht zu denken! FĂŒr die aufgerufenen Preise absolut kein Gegenwert, das bleibt fĂŒr mich ein einmaliges Experiment!

Wir waren im NebengebĂ€ude untergebracht mit Blick auf einen total verdreckten Hinterhof. Es war sehr laut und es gab keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Als Ersatz fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet gab es nur eine TĂŒte mit furchtbaren Sandwiches und einem eiskalten gekochten Ei.

Bra hotell med centralt lÀge.

Hotellet ligger pÄ en gÄgata mitt i centrum. NÀra till butiker och strandpromenaden. Man kan köra in för att lasta av vÀskor. Lite svÄrt att hitta vÀgen först. Man fick Äka genom busscentralen och fÀrjelÀget vilket kÀndes lite konstigt, men det var tillÄtet. Man kan hyra cyklar i nÀrheten. Finns gott om cykelleder och fina promenadstrÄk. Inte tillÄtet att cykla pÄ strandpromenaden vilket Àr bra. Det var lugnt pÄ natten trots det centrala lÀget. Vaknade dock av sopbilen och kyrkklockor, men jag Àr ÀndÄ morgonpigg sÄ det var OK. Ingen frukostbuffé p.g.a Corona, men man fick en frukostpÄse med Àgg, yoghurt, smörgÄs, juice och energibar. Det fanns kaffemaskin pÄ hotellet.

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht neu, jedoch sauber und befindet sich ganz in der NĂ€he von See. Was ich sehr schön fand. Es gab auch Kooperation mit der öffentliche Garage, so dass parken 6 Euro die Nacht kostete statt 15. Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist das fehlende FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Wir haben eine TĂŒte mit einem Sandwich und billigen Joghurt aus Supermarkt bekommen. War nicht wirklich lecker und wir waren enttĂ€uscht. In der Nacht hat jemand Party gemacht und Wir konnten nicht schlafen, mein Freund musste es klĂ€ren. Personal war leider nicht erreichbar.
