Adequate I guess. But they advertise WiFi but it is only in the lobby. Bed in poor shape with the headboard very loose. Dresser had doors broken. But the TV and VCR yes I said VCR have been there for 20 years or more. Looks like the place has never seen any renovations since it was built. Glad I was there only 2 nights. But location Good near freeway and Frisco Downtown. Also had the worse Parking Spot. Barely able to get out of the car with all the snow piled up next to the spot. If you like to channel Surf at night very few channels available. Maybe 10 but 2 or 3 were Spanish. Doubt I will be back.

Cedar Lodge #309
Everything was pretty good except this fireplace. The wood supplied didn't burn well and and the fireplace door fell off the hinges. The mattress could be better but it wasn't unbearable.
We wanted a room a short walking distance from the Frisco, Colorado Main Street, near restaurants and shopping. The room we picked on Expedia was advertised as being one block from Main Street. The condo ended up being 4 miles away.
The room was advertised as having two queen beds. That was what we needed since there were two married couples staying the night. However, the condo only had one queen bed and the other bedroom had two short twin beds. Very awkward.
So the location was not as advertise and the room was not as advertised.
The condo room was well taken care of. It had all the basic necessities. If you plan to visit make sure to bring what you would expect if you were living at home. Very quiet building and just on the end of main street. Everything you need in Frisco is simply 5 minute drive away.
Frisco is a nice tourist town, but the condo where we stayed was a disappointment. The sheets were dirty. We managed to get a new set from the management office across the street. But they close at 5pm so if you need assistance with anything be sure to check with them before closing time. The studio eas unremarkable, and the permanent resident next door had a penchant for cooking Indian food and manged to smell up the whole building. You may want to consider an other place to stay.

Eh. They could do so much better with a little effort.
Office was easy to find, so was condo. Little noisey being so close to the road and freeway... but what hotel isn't. Cute space. Very 'lived-in' look. The checklist to-do before you leave is a bit annoying (taking out my garbage to the dumpster?!). Part of staying away from home in the mountains is having someone else do the chores! Shower was gross (mildew in the grout). All and all, it was ok. Not great.
The Bighorn Rental efficiency was a welcome break from many of our former " on mountain / slope side " accommodations and at about $100 less per night. We were a little anxious before booking because of previous primo setup at Copper, but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and well appointed the room was - perfectly adequate for 2- 4 persons who don't mind sharing a double bed and pull out sofa. No internet but no big deal ( see below ). The electric heat was a little hard to fine tune as usual and the apartment sized refrigerator was borderline in size but worked well. It was nice to be between multiple resorts as it afforded us the opportunity to try 3 places we had never been to before - and close to some awesome restuarants and a diamond in the rough local coffee roaster with free wifi on Main St. We are definitely heading back!
The beds were uncomfortable and the microwave needing replacing. Otherwise I was very pleased with the cleanliness, location and size. I would definitely go back!
