PARKING NOT INCLUDED AND WAS ADDITIONAL PER NiGHT
Hotel amenities were excellent, but be aware that parking is NOT included and is managed by a separate company. The front desk never clearly mentioned that there would be an additional night parking charge, which I found frustrating and unexpected.
When I asked about parking, I was simply advised to park my car in the designated parking area and follow the instructions. There was no clear warning that following those instructions meant agreeing to an extra night charge. Had I known the cost upfront, I would have made a different decision.
I also never imagined parking in this area of Silicon Valley/SFO could be this expensive, especially given the amount of available parking in the area and in similar hotels. The issue isn’t necessarily that parking has a fee — it’s that the staff was not transparent about it.
Everything else was fantastic. Great amenities, good restaurants.
