"The only negative is that one wall in my room was on the backside of the hotel’s elevators. Anytime anybody would go up or down in them it sounded like a freight train. Throughout the night (while sleeping) it didn’t happen much as others were sleeping and therefore it wasn’t being used…but come 6am it was non-stop again."

"The room was okay.... the front desk staff could have been friendlier. It sucks when you are not able to take breakfast to your room. I was traveling with my 80 years old mother who did not feel well enough to get dress and go eat at the restaurant. I find this to be an inconvenience. Therefore, we never got the free breakfast. People with disabilities or many elderly are not able to move to travel to get them something to eat. This was a real inconvenience."
