"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. Angereist sind wir mit zwei Kindern… die Kommunikation und Check-In Infos liefen reibungslos. Fragen wurden unmittelbar beantwortet.
Geparkt wurde in einer Tiefgarage, 2,15m Einfahrtshöhe, perfekt für unseren Bus.
Dann geht es per Aufzug zur Wohnung. Die Flure sind recht eng und man muss recht viele Türen passieren. Man sollte also nicht...

"Also das Hotel ADLERS ist an bester Lage, nicht direkt in der Altstadt aber alles in Gehdistanz. Check-In war einfach, und unkompliziert. das Zimmer war sauber, ein bequemes Bett und die Sitzgelegenheit am Fenster mit dem kleinen Tisch ist super!
Das Abendessen habe ich in der Rooftop Bar genossen, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung die den Aschenbecher sofort getauschthat als Bemerkt wurde das ich Zigarre rauche und dann kam auch schon die Whisky-Karte --> TOP so geht Service, 1A!
Das Frühstückbuffet fiel dagegen eher klein aus. Das darf man jetzt nicht falsch verstehen es war alles in Ordnung aber das IBIS hat plus minus die Selbe Auswahl da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Alles in allem aber doch sehr zu empfehlen!"

"The hotel is in heart of the Innsbruck historic district. It is a very well kept property with extremely good customer service. All the good food places were an easy walk. Bedding was good and internet was decent speed for a free hotel connection. The best was good parking arrangement with a partner hotel that made life easy for us."
