Stayed 4 times at this hotel. Staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Location is very good. There are few local supermarkets and lots of tourist shops around it. Beach is right in front of the hotel. Very likely coming back next year.

I was very happy here. An easy trip from the airport to the Los Boliches stop on the metro, then an easy walk to the hotel. Great view, great beach, phenomenal sunrise. Many dining options and everything you need are right there.

The location was perfect. It is right across from the beach and there were several dining options in the area. The food at the hotel was excellent too. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of variety and the bar and snack menu was perfect. Staff were super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We parked in the hotel garage without any problems. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

One of the most lovely location, the staff is most of the friendly we have found in a hotel, most of the staff can speak English and it is lovely to see the integrate and enhance disable people, they add so much to the hotel. The child play specialist was very nice with children our son love the time with him. We will be back in the future

Great View without comfort.

Ordered a Queen bed with a sea view and got 2 singles, disappointing! Room view was nice but NO English TV in the room, not good enough...Staff were nice, as waa the breakfast. However the TV and the small 'beds' were just poor!

Wouldn’t call it a four star hotel.

Towels aren’t automatically swapped, had to ask three times, even after leaving written note for cleaner. Sign on bathroom saying leave towels in bathtub if you want them changed and still didn’t, was definitely not going to use them again after leaving them in bathtub. Room wasn’t hoovered when checked in, had to walk around in slippers. Room service didn’t replace used tea bags, milk or coffee. Bedsheets didn’t feel clean and duvet kept coming out its cover. Pillows too soft and not comfortable. Breakfast hot food selection quite basic. No room service. Expensive parking at €20 per day. Lobby area looks nice and makes you think rooms are of the same quality but they’re not. Overall good location in Fuengirola at midpoint between Malaga and Marbella, and opposite beach. Cleanliness, service and modernisation of rooms an issue.

El hotel tenía muy buenq ubicación, mi habitación con vistas al mar estupenda, todo muy cómodo. Lo único que el buffet me parece un poco escaso y con poca variedad, creo que deberían mirar ese punto para ganar más prestigio. En cuánto al personal muy amable y atentos. La zona zs estupenda, llenq de restauración.
