The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away. The apartment was clean and spacious. "The hotel is nice, excellent location. It was very hot and the air conditioning was minimal. The parking lot at the hotel is inconvinient because the entrance is steep and very narrow. We found street parking, but there is a time limit. "

"Located in the heart of the Rioja region the Hotel provided a very comfortable and friendly base from which to explore. Reception staff were excellent friendly with excellent English. We were guided to a local multi-lingual and talented taxi company who acted as tour guides and local advisors - made our trip really special. We had free EV charging in the free carpark next to the front door of the Hotel."

"The staff at the hotel are amazing! They were helpful in every way and went out of their way to explain everything to us. Hotel is very nice with a nice outdoor pool. Great location. Room was very nice but it was two single beds pushed together and wrapped separately. Not Ideal. The beds were also on the hard side for my wife and I. Other than this it would have got full marks."

"Very informative staff. A lovely lobby and an elegant guest lounge. The room was large and airy with big windows. A proper coffee machine. The only draw back is the refrigerator didn't work. Housekeeping tried to adjust the temp but no luck. They kindly offered to change rooms but we decided it wasn't necessary ."
