First of all, thank you very much for your comments. It is really impoprtant to us to know the opinion of our clients. We are really sorry about the generator/machine noise. The works are a external factor that we can not really take control of it so please accept our apologies. The council has decided to change all the pavement wich is down the hotel so we hope that is for a good reason. Sometimes they make noise, sometimes the don't. We apologise onece again. If we have the pleasure to have you in our hotel one more time, ask for more pillows on the reception. We will be really happy to give you extra pillows.
