"Man this place is incredible. Everything about it... cant wait to come back. Where things fell off was the service. I wish I knew names, but workers were not wearing name tags. The girl that checked us in was a delight. She was very professional, kind and welcoming. The girl that checked us out upon leaving was the complete opposite... incompetent and rude. We asked her if the hotel had luggage carts. Without care, her answer was no. We walked 50 feet towards the elevator to find 3 luggage carts just sitting there. This is just one of many issues we had with staff. The woman staff that worked the desk our second day there was the worst staff in history of hotels. She had no care, no regard, didn't want to move from her chair to help anyone not just us. People kept coming down for beer, she turn everyone away because she did not want to change the beer keg. We asked her for forks and spoons to eat our delivered food, she gave a giant attitude.... and many many more things. There was a gentleman there our third day there that was really great. I would say the same great qualities about him as the woman that checked us in... very helpful, respectful, professional and just simply amazing. Without both these two individuals, the stay would've been terrible and we would have checked out days early. The staff you have makes all the difference in the world. We then found out some were temporary workers and others were not, which explained a lot."
