"The property is very nice and we were satisfied with our room. Bit the best part was the staff and how helpful they were. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Erice and we did not realize how hard it is to get a taxi to the town of Erice from the hotel. But Elena was amazing helping us find a driver and assisting is with messaging the driver after our dinner to arrange a smooth pick up and return to the hotel. We were very grateful."

"Very good location near beach & shopping area. Some staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Large family room & bathroom with bath & separate shower Sitting area with sofa. Plenty of room for us 3. Nice to have tea & coffee making facilities though staff couldn't give us any milk when we arrived late (10pm) not sure reason why? Plug in bathroom sink blocked."

"Ideal si viajas en automรณvil, tiene un parking (abierto y gratuito) a 20 mts del hotel como para 20 autos aprox. Nosotros fuimos en agosto y siempre hubo espacio. No estรก tan cerca del รกrea comercial, aunque si es caminable, con 39 grados de calor no se hace muy amable, el hotel cuenta con una Van q te lleva y trae previa coordinaciรณn. La ubicacion es a la entrada de la ciudad por lo q es fรกcil luego hacer los paseos a otras playas. El aire acondicionado de la pieza funciona bien, las ventanas tienen postigo y oscurece bien. Desayuno es muy bueno preparado con cariรฑo y el personal muy amable."
