"If booking the king suite with jacuzzi tub in room, the tub jets did not work well and the room had to be heated with a separate floor heater. I wore slippers and socks the whole time. "

"Yes rooms were clean, parking was ok, staff at front desk were nice, air conditioning and heat worked great, as advertised on expedia they provide 2 bottles of water in the room, however they didnt, when asked they said it is only provided in Summer, that makes no sense to me, why only summer? I had to pay $4.00 for 2 bottles of water 500ml each bottle, more expensive than regular gasoline..ha..! "

"Hotel is pretty loud when in your room. It was pretty dated - older carpets, furniture etc staff and shuttle driver were friendly."

"Room was clean but extremely overheated. Was a lot further away from the airport than I anticipated. Had to call the shuttle line thrwe times before i finally got through and after.a delayed flight was nor too pleased."

"My cousins reserved this hotel so we did and we are happy we did. The room was nicely designed and roomy. The shuttle was useful and the restaurant served good food. The staff was accommodating and professional. "
