"The owner let us check-in early and it was a very easy process. He was helpful. He even had to explain how to work the TV remote not once but twice as it nearly brought us to our knees. We never thought to turn the TV on via a light switch. The owner showed and we had a good laugh as being new TVs the company installed them with the light switch turn on and did not tell the owner. I believe said it took about 3 weeks to work out the bugs. The remote was little and did not have hardly any writing on it. So our 2nd call was to help with the remote. It was just hilarious and we talked like we were old friends. The owner is a great guy!"
