"Excellent stay! Starting with Abhilash as the bell boy, Clara Marylyn and team at the reception, the service is 5⭐️ The breakfast spread is very different. Fresh and delicious. The personalized service by Baphi Rezie and Lylen. Chef Saleem personally spoke to us and all of the restaurant staff made sure that our stay was exceptional.
House keeping was prompt and efficiently maintained and we had our laundry done super clean and fast. The Courtyard Mariott is very conveniently located to the World Trade Ctr which gives access to shopping malls, food court, cinema etc which is an ideal place for families with children.
Even though their lobby area may be small (compared to some other hotels) not to mention a visit to the Grand Palace Hotel which has the luxury style and finess, the Courtyard Mariott is cosy friendly and offers an excellent personalized experience! I would like to thank the management and team of staff for ensuring that our stay was safe and enjoyable.
