Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!

The people who work here are some most amazing people. I left one of my bags on the train. It went a couple hours away and they tracked down for me. Told me where it was and we went there the next day and found it and they spent a great deal time doing this for me. I can’t even believe it and I got my bag back. It was amazing and these people are just so helpful. Yeah definitely stay here.
