Truly a nice escape from reality! It feels so far away, but that's the point I think. Very clean and nice! The spa was amazing! 10/10 recommend. The pool area(s) were super clean and worth every penny. Definitely check out Hell's Kitchen - awesome dining experience!

Visited over Labor Day weekend, 1st time we stayed at this location. Check in was fast & we were able to check in early. The room was clean & had everything we needed. The pools were great as well. The lazy river is fun if you are traveling with kids as that side is under 21yrs. The swim up bar area, hot tubs & other pool area is 21yrs & above which is great for those who choose to be around adults. The casino is nice & food selection is good making it great so you do not have to leave the premises. If you go for the lazy river bring your own floaty. The hotel sells them but are a bit pricey, stop at Walmart before you arrive at the hotel. I would return it’s not too far from LA making it a nice weekend getaway near the winery’s.

Really great place to relax. The room got a bit hot as the air stopped working at night and could Use coffee makers in the room. Pools and lazy river were fun. Wish there was a Buffett but food options are not bad but not anything great.

The pool is filthy my friend got stung by a bee in the pool. there were leaves and debris, floating in the pools and the lazy river and dirt on the bottom of the pool. The rooms were dirty. There was mildew in the corners of the shower and stains on the bedding and stains on the carpet. when asking for the help from the staff, they were non-responsive had a very I don’t care attitude.
