Nicole, the property manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable with a wonderful featherbed duvet. The view from a cozy balcony was breathtaking overlooking the swimming pond on the property, the turquoise lake and a field with grazing cows next door. Could not have been more picturesque.

Everything was excellent! Location and its surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast served by Nicole was very delicious and a variety of tasty food. Room was very clean as spacious. I was able to enjoy much of the common areas shared with the main hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!

Broken towel heater, mini fridge needs replacing since it’s barely cool, can smell cows from pasture, since it’s so hot and humid and no dehumidifier then lots of bugs come in the open window from cows, waitress at breakfast cannot understand English

Amazing experience

The hotel staff was amazing, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the view is breath taking. The best part was by far the breakfast. I have never had a breakfast that tasted that good. They also provided passes so you can get to the beaches and such for free. Only downfalls are limited parking right next to the hotel, and the no air conditioning for anyone who comes from somewhere where air conditioning is common. The hotel is a great deal compared to the partner hotels in the same parking area but is much smaller.

Bad experience overall, had hair on our sheets and pillow, very unclean floor, the balcony seems like it’s going to fall because it’s made from ancient wood. Ordered eggs for breakfast and they just forgot to bring it.
