"What an absolute gem of a property! Honestly, if you’re staying in saranda then you have to stay here. Beautiful new hotel, great staff, free parking for the guests, great location a street away from the ocean and 5-10 minute walk to anything you may desire. Restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs or the beach. I want to give specific thank you to Onersa for being so welcoming and hospitable! She was absolutely incredible and made my stay even more memorable. Not only is the property a gem, Onersa at reception is a gem also. I highly recommend you stay at this wonderful property. "

"We had the executive suite with Ocean view and balcony. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was pretty good too. The only draw back was that the hotel was supposed to have parking according to Expedia and since it did not, we had to park 20 minutes away and ended up getting a parking ticket. It would be a nice gesture for the hotel to reimburse us for the unexpected costs. If that occurs I will update my review."

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking setting — crystal-clear turquoise waters, a private beach that felt like paradise, and the most stunning views from every angle. It felt like stepping into a postcard, only better. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — chic, elegant, and immaculately clean. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the luxurious rooms with sea-facing balconies to the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee while overlooking the Ionian Sea was something we’ll never forget. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel special throughout our stay. It’s rare to experience this level of hospitality, and it made all the difference. The amenities were top-notch — from the serene pool and beach beds to the vibrant beach club and delicious dining options. We loved the restaurants on-site; the food was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. "We really enjoyed our stay at Glow boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and variation day to day. Room and pool were lovely! Staff were so kind and helpful especially Klaudia who gave us really good recommendations! Only feedback is that shelves in the shower would be helpful to place toiletries. Our stay was otherwise perfect! "
