The hotel is a traditional Chinese style. I chose it is due to my memory in the past when it was just built. It was pretty and luxury. However, it didn’t keep up to the standard at present. I booked a non smoking room, but I can smell the smoke as soon as step out of my room, all over the hallway.

前台職員友善，免費把房間升級面對湖景。房間很大，有免費水果及曲奇。房口員工十分細心，免費水在浴室及床頭各放一瓶，方便住客隨時飲用。早餐超水準，食品種類豐富，比名牌五星酒店還要好。附近有條美食街，很多特色小店。步行20分鐘到三坊七巷，十分方便。

Grande struttura ben tenuta, con camere pulite ed una discesa diretta sul lago per fare una passeggiata. Quando vi ho soggiornato la piscina all’aperto e la spa erano chiuse. L’hotel propone due ristoranti uno alla carne ed uno a buffet entrambi molto buoni. Il personale dell’hotel e i concierge ha però problemi a parlare in inglese, solo alcuni lo parlano e diventa una impresa chiedere informazioni e farsi capire.

很棒很舒適的客房，環境優雅風景優美

飯店因為重新裝潢，很乾淨很新穎很舒適，選擇面湖大床感覺超級棒的，很開心可以入住在這邊，早餐不錯，晚餐自助餐住客可以打對折，去試了一下感受超多海鮮，也很不錯，物超所值。因為面湖之關係，這三天把西湖走了三圈，雖然間或有下雨，但是因為人不頂多，感覺特別舒服

Good place

It’s a great place to stay. We stayed on 18th floor facing Xihu. Nice view. Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Staff friendly, helpful and speaks English too.
