"The staff were excellent and very helpful. It has a good car park. We were in room 3 and could hear someone walking around at 4.30 in the morning, which did disturb our sleep. Better to pick a room in the wings I think."

Food in the james martin grill was poor very disappointing. Felt a bit let down as it was a treat for my husbands birthday and our anniversary. "

"What an amazing hotel. A beautiful conversion of an old doctors surgery in the heart of Broadway. The attention to detail in the hotel public areas is matched in the room with everything thought through from coffee machine to the luxury shower and bath. Couple this with the amazing Moda restaurant and the super attentive team and you get an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Beautiful location. Hotel felt past its prime, certainly for the price. I think you would get better deal booking direct with hotel as i had to pay extra to use the spa and breakfast, which not made clear until we were sat down for breakfast. Would be unlikely to retirn"
