"We received the check-in instruction the day before, everything went smoothly. Parking right beside of the apartment gate, very useful to have the apartment on the ground floor for luggage. Apartment looked new, kitchen has no oven or microwave or dishwasher or washing machine, but well equipped to cook small meals. It is like 2km from the town center or less than 10min drive. Neighbourhood feel safe. "

"Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. "Firstly I'd like to say the breakfast was excellent. The food is fresh daily and the staff work extremely hard to keep the trays full and tidy. 5* Some of the reception staff are lovely others not so. The room cleaning needs improvement. Areas are dusty and not sure how clean bed linen was. Beds need an upgrade as do the pillows Hotel is near the hospital so there is often noise. Overall if you want a budget hotel it's fine to stay here."

"The staff is super friendly, the location is excellent, but most of all, the interior is magical - the original building is a few hundred years old - the rooms are renovated with modern fixtures etc but the ceilings are super high, the corridors are winding and mysterious, and there are huge old wooden doors to the outside.
