"This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. Housekeeping was also done very poorly – I found spider webs inside the drawers...

"Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "

"The location is great, and the instructions on getting to the room clear - unlike check out instructions. The room was dirty - stains in the curtains, actual grease on bathroom wall. The bed was fairly comfortable if lumpy. It was hot in the room, but a fan helped a little."
