Staff was very tense. Room was clean but not really thinking about convince no coffee or tea in the room just a small fridge. Drinks Water was available at a cost. The morning breakfast was a good experience

Puralã - Wool Valley Hotel & SPA
Everything was great, but the hour-long massages cost too much. Breakfast was outstanding. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were compfy.
