"We were there in a Hot day, and the only thing to cool the room down, was a small ventilator, no fridge and no complementary water. That’s the only down point, otherwise the beds were comfortable, it was really clean and well placed, the garage was great plus. And the breakfast was good. "

"We had check-in issues and sat waiting for 30 minutes in the sun, locked out. Online check in did not work. We had to email them once and call twice to finally get our keys. "Didn’t like the check-in process with no staff and available and having to use WhatsApp to communicate. Upon check-in our air conditioning unit was not working during a heat wave. We were told to wait it out. We waited eight hours and it never kicked in. We were offered another room, but it would only be available for a portion of our stay. After several hours we decided to call Expedia to book another hotel. Expedia called the owner of Toploft. The room he previously offered was now available for the duration of our entire trip plus it had functioning AC. At 11 PM we had to pack up our belongings and move across the street to another unit. Extremely inconvenient. If you’re a tourist, this isn’t the property for you because the area is a far distance from main tourist locations. "
