"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the courtyard was lovely with stunning views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to help me find a great massage place, even calling them herself. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay for an additional night."

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The view from our excellent room is a main reason why we return to Kranjska Gora so often. The host, Gregor, was so genial, welcoming and helpful. The staff are all pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful. Miklic is an easy walk to the village centre and to Lake Jasna. We will happily stay here again."
