"The staff was awesome and polite. The room was great too and I was lucky to have a room where I can look at the pool. I really enjoyed looking at the pool area at night with all the lights around the area and seating out there is nice too. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gainesville - Lake Lanier Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Room was great. Breakfast Saturday morning was very good. Not quite as good Sunday morning. I missed the scrambled eggs, but everything else was fine. "
"Overall the stay was great. My only issue was the door was hard to get opened and it took me like five minutes to get into the door at one point. That may have been my issue. He told me not to put it up on my phone.Because it would mess with the magnetic strip. But what did I do I had it on top of my phone. I loved the shampoo.Normally I cannot use the shampoo in the motel room however, I did this time and it was great. It was a tea tree conditioning shampoo. I'd love to know if I could buy it somewhere. It was only an overnight stay, but everything went well. There was no issues with anything. It was an older building, however, I mean, I was satisfied. The bed was comfortable. Also, because the room that I had reserved was an upstairs room and I have a bad knee.He upgraded me to a king size downstairs. Staff was very accommodating. "
"Place was wonderful room was beautiful only thing that i wasn't pleased withviscthe refrigerator in room is way to small barely can hold a few drinks and no food other then that the place in remarkably..from the staff to where its located...definitely would stay there again"
