Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, quiet & in a great location. Our room had a strange smell (musty/locker room scent) that our family and friends also noticed in their rooms as well but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Our experience here was okay. The staff is kind and were amazing. No problem there. What we didn’t like was the foul smell around the property anytime you stepped out of the hotel & the sunken in mattress. This made the experience here unpleasant. Other than these two things, we had a nice time here. Is closeby to here and pet friendly which is what we were looking for.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in an accommodation that was so clean and comfortable as this one the bed was absolutely wonderful I requested a tub because I needed a long soak after my 10 hour flight. Staff were so friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay here again I can’t say enough good about the Hampton Inn

Overpriced and Poorly Maintained Stayed at the Hampton Inn Gainesville, Georgia from Sunday, Oct 5 to Tuesday, Oct 7. The hotel felt very overpriced for its overall look and condition. The dining area was not very clean, the high-top dining table had visible stains and looked old, giving the impression it wasn’t properly cleaned. The elevator also felt stuffy and poorly ventilated. Overall, not the level of quality or cleanliness I expected for the price.

The property and staff were wonderful. The problem I had was the Expedia rep I spoke with when I needed to reschedule the stay, didn’t not make a new reservation so I wasn’t listed as a guest. Eventually, it was worked out and after that the stay was terrific.

1-night stay and I’m glad it was just one night. This hotel offered shelter and ability to clean up. It was dark and damp and musty. The EV chargers were 3/5 stars, with the J1772 charging my car about 50% in 8 hours. Boooo. The carpet in my room was a quick reminder to use my sandals, it felt wrong under my feet. I’ll probably find a super charger elsewhere and a better hotel next time.

Room was average ... i never been to a hotel where room service isnt a daily thing as far as gettin your room cleaned.. so we requested our room to be cleaned and new towels on our 2nd day... with front desk receptionist.. but it never happened.. during our 3 day visit we never had our room cleaned .. place is ok but for what for what we payed and the level of service i could've got better another hotel..
