The service during breakfast was equally outstanding, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was their service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout, and when I contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to ship them to me via DHL/UPS without hesitation. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. From the accommodations to the dining to the exceptional customer service, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
