"Bathroom had small cockroaches roaming around during night. I had to personally kill them for peace of mind. Have a video and couple of photos. Video may not load but can be provided on request. Even photos are not loading due to some reason unknown to be but can be provided.
When I used the electrical kettle around 6:30 AM with clean mineral water, on boiling I observed black scales floating, upon further investigation observed its coil full or black scales underneath - was surely not...

"We have been here for one week holiday. The position of the complex is quite convenient (it is located near the most beautiful and populated area in St. Paul's Bay), but our experience was not satisfactory at all. The building is very old, the room cleaning service below the minimum acceptable level (no liquid soap refill, no towels change) and the shower very difficult to use. The balcony was "equipped" with dirty chairs and sunbeds, and the air conditioning device of the room aside leaking...

"We were astonished as soon as we walked into this unit. It was on the 12th floor right on the harbour and the view is incredible. You can easily see where it gets is name from. "This was a wonderful hotel located on a bluff with very easy access to the swimming spots in the sea. Plenty of amenities and dining options, however, my wife being a vegetarian very limited options. Easy walking distance down to the bay with plenty more shopping and dining options. The entire hotel staff were courteous and provided great service. Enjoyed the spa facility and it was very clean. Actually the entire hotel and facilities were clean. Rooms were comfortable and loved the sea facing balconies to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises with my morning coffee during the stay. Overall, a great hotel, amenities, location and staff. Will definitely return."

"Lovely hotel rooms very big and quiet massive bed. Staff very helpful.
Lovely large roof top pool overlooking bay the only negative is the sun loungers get fully taken in the mornings but usually able to get one in the afternoons, it was noted that some beds have towels placed on them but you dont see anyone using them. Pool towels are supplied when you go to the pool.
You cant take your own drinks to pool as theres a bar and you're expected to buy from them.
The only negative is it's new hotel and advertised indoor pool which is one of the reasons i booked this hotel, unfortunately this was not open and they had no idea when it would be ready.
Plenty of eateries and shops in walking distance and brilliant bus services running regularly at bottom of street on the main road a few minutes walk.to bottom of street."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is located in a quiet, safe, residential area within walking distance of transit and the boardwalk by the sea. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the hotel offers a lovely breakfast and good amenities. An all-day refreshment table (e.g. citrus water, tea, etc.) would have been nice, though the lobby Nespresso options did help if you're a coffee drinker. A microwave (even one per floor) would have provided some added convenience. TV channels other than multilingual news stations would also have been desirable for those calling it an early night."
