"Our room was tired. It had stained ceiling tiles, fraying carpet on the entrance to the ensuite, stained carpet, mini fridge inoperative. In addition to the above, the hotel was undergoing renovation in the lobby area, the breakfast was very poor value for money. Overall, a poor visitor experience. "

"Despite the fact that they are undergoing renovations, I really enjoyed my stay. All staff members were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I took great advantage of the pool in the leisure centre. My room was clean and comfortable with a nice outlook over the barges on the Quays. Breakfast was particularly nice for a self-serve, all food fresh and tasty. I will be back."

No noise from the street despite it being a busy central area near everything one could need. Foyer, bar and public areas were welcoming and stylish. Staff incredibly helpful. "
