"Air Conditioner quit working in the middle of the night. Front desk pretty much said sorry touch luck. It was very unprofessional.
Luckily Im a Electrical engineer I reset the unit and it started working again 15 minutes later. Actually working alot better.
No thank to the staff on duty.
The breakfast was ok, the sausage and biscuits were cold but the room was clean.
The lady that checked us out was nice.
The only way we would stay there again if we received a major discount!
Or I should just send them a bill for my services to reset THERE air conditioner"
"Over all, it was very nice. A little rugged and was not expecting a cabin type of room for a resort.
They had some really good activities at the resort (to cold to swim) and it was mostly cloudy and rain...not their fault.
The staff was very nice."
"Breakfast was buffet style. It was cold. Lots of people eating in a small room. Coffee was out. Hotel inside needs updating. Room was clean, beds and pillows were great. TV screen was shrunk down, screen may be going out."
"Liked having waterpark, mini golf, restaurant, go carts on the same premises. Given a room that someone else was in. Had to get new keys for another room. In that room the tv remote did not work. Had to have maintenance change batteries. Went to Silver Dollar City most of the day and after returning we found out the lock didn’t work on the door and all of our personal items had been in the unlocked room all day. Once again maintenance had to come and put new lock on the door. We were given new keys and those keys did not work. They recoded the keys and we finally were in a locked room. Also we figure the night before we were in an unlocked room all night. Two women and two children. Very scary…Thank goodness for Alfonso, the maintenance professional who took care of all the wrong things with so much kindness and apologies. It wasn’t a total bust but almost. Disappointing for the money I paid."
"This was the perfect spot for my solo trip! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and it was right on the strip where I could walk to attractions and restaurants! Good hot breakfast, and hot coffee flowing all day! I would definitely stay again, thank you!"
