"Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! The room was very clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a great job with fresh towels every day. The bathroom and overall room condition were excellent. The staff was also very nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the executive room didn’t have a mini fridge, but aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Llegamos a hacer nuestro checkin ya de noche (10pm) y la persona de recepción estaba de muy mal humor, únicamente nos entregó la llave y se desapareció sin decirnos nada más. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, el elevador se cierra de golpe y no hay como detenerlo, podría decir que no tiene sensores y eso puede causar un accidente; la alberca estaba super sucia y cuando decidieron limpiarla al día siguiente, la dejaron fuera de uso. Por último el horario del desayuno termina muy temprano 10am, dejando poco margen para que uno pueda estar con calma. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, pero las camas muy duras. "

"The building has poor maintenance, in the pool there was just 1 person poorly attending, the pet friendly rooms looks improvised and are away from everything, food was ok."

"Property is nice and big, service is amazing but the rooms are terrible, old, ugly, very bad conditions, they need an upgrade, it's a nice hotel but I won;t come back because the rooms and the noise, we couldn't sleep, you can hear people, cars, etc."
