"Everything is just perfect. The room, the spa, breakfast, the meals at the restaurant, the staff. One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect. It will be my stop every time I return to the region."

"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Great location, breakfast was very good. Great traditional German food nearby. Only downside is when traveling by train, it is a pretty long hike to hotel when you have a lot of heavy bags."
