"The staff were grear during my 4 night stay. The room across from me hosted some seriously smelly partying from the moment they checked in until they left the next day. The hallway reeked of a variety of odors. When I returned to my room mid afternoon, the smell was reducing and they were running an air cleaner. By evening, the smell was conpletely gone. The breakfast team kept the vuffet area very clean. The check in process was a little slow and it seems the staff member was newer. I neber saw more than one person at the front desk, which seemed strange for thi 6 story hotel. The man managing the pool was friendly and conscientious. My swim schedule and his work schedule seemed to align. The pool area was very large, with the pool itself larger than a typical hotel indoor pool, but not full size either. There were nice lounge and upright chairs and a tiled floor through the poil complex. The hot tub was my only area for some complaint. The jets were at the base of the bench seats so they blasted the tush, not the lower back. There was also only one working jet for the lower legs/calf. Poor design-not necessarily the hotel's fault and nothing they can easily correct. While the pool was never used much from what I could tell, the floors could have used better cleaning as there were smaller bits of garbage, hair, and dirt not being cleaned and when the tile is light colored and someone is swimming or using the hot tub, their eyes are ar ground level and everything is visible.
