"Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit).
