"This is a nice looking hotel just a 15min walk to the centre and 2 mins to the beach. But, a couple of things let it down, firstly when booking they dont tell you that the pool is €15 per person per hour!!!! We had an apartment which apparently does not "

Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car. "We were unable to check in for our first night due to an unexpected illness, and although I contacted the property (through Hotels.com) to explain the situation, they were unwilling to offer any flexibility or even a partial reduction. I understand the stated cancellation policy, but I had hoped for at least a small gesture of goodwill, especially since we arrived in time for the second night and had contacted them promptly to explain the situation. This kind of rigid approach feels short-sighted, as it leaves the impression that in such a tourist-heavy location, individual guests don’t really matter. The property itself was fine once we arrived, but the experience with the policy left a poor impression."

"What a gem of a find, it started with the excellent & timely communication from the hotel staff. The staff are amazing, so happy, friendly and welcoming Upon arrival we were greeted in the street and walked into the hotel, by a very friendly staff member. We then discovered a very clean, very Italian styled, lots of cool marble, and cactus, a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cool with aircon. As celebrating our first wedding anniversary they had thoughtfully decorated our room, with a personalised message, balloons, rose petals, a beautiful fresh bouquet and bottle of fizz in an ice bucket. Beds were very comfy, and the quiet location gave a good nights sleep. Shower and bathroom are clean and bright. breakfast was fresh and plentiful. A huge array offered. What a great stay would happily stay here again-thank you"
