"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. "This lovely hotel is everything you could wish for. Superbly located for the Arlanda Express, trains, buses, taxis and hop on/hop-off tour bus access. We received a very warm welcome on check-in, the hotel itself is stylish, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was varied and kept well stocked even into the last 15 minutes of service. Would recommend and stay again if we ever return to Stockholm. "

"I stayed here with some friends and overall, our time at this hotel was great. Parking our rental was easy, the staff was very welcpming snd friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Yes, there was a little construction noise in the morning but nowhere near what we thought it would be, not enough to complain about it. The view from our room was amazing, too. It was a great stay. "
