"Absolutely did not like the room. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very noisy. Could not sleep at all amidst bus horns and other noises on the street. No noise barriers in the room. Very uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Staff service was still good"

"It was an amazing stay at the hotel, the room and bathroom were absolutely clean, the location of hotel was so good, all the tourist attractions were just 2 to 5 kilometers away, Jalmahal was one kilometer, hawamahal, city palace were just three kilometers away. "They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful. "
