"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by...
