"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and stocked daily. I know this was probably in the fine print but I missed it. They charge a $50 fee every day for just existing plus an $8 a day amenity fee. I’m supposed to get the $50 a day fee back, which for me is $250 in seven to 10 days. For me, that’s a lot of money for them to just leisurely hold on to. Also, they call this a resort and spa. It’s a very middle of the road hotel."

"Took several tries to get door open but as we opened it, huge bug going up wall. Killed it because 7 and 10 year old were outside screaming. Nice view. Dont count on breakfast and pool was not available upon our arrival because maintenance man shocked it. Not a problem, once opened, it was an ohhhh my god situation. Too late kids already jumped in to grimy, slimy water with trash floating in water along with clumps of hair and trash on bottom."

"Me encantó mi estadía todo súper bien, una suite con dos cuartos súper cómodos dos baños si cocina con todos los implementos y todo bien acomodado tiene su balcón todos los cuartos y sala tienen TV suficientes toallas jabón papel, la piscina infinita no corresponde a el hotel que se anuncia eso solo es para los miembros signature, pero la piscina del lado del frente de la calle también tiene piscina y muchas cosas para divertirse mini golf canchas hockie y más no tengo queja ninguna, tiene Laundry gratis en la propiedad también la playa queda cruzando la calle tiene su propio acceso en el hotel"

"We discovered the walls are incredibly thin, especially when you are put into a room with an adjoining door to the next room. Around midnight our neighbors decided to play loud music and engage in a very loud procreative activity. When we called the front desk to complain, they did call the offending neighbors, but said activities resumed a few minutes later. When we complained again, the front desk woman did try to call them several times but neighbors didn't answer. Front desk then offered us a new room to sleep in and allowed us to keep the old room to avoid moving everything. This we did appreciate. However, there were no towels in the original room. The elevator was dirty and full of water. The rooms are ok, but tired and the sheets are not the nicest. In those terms we got what we paid for. But putting people right next to one another with adjoining doors that are that thin is not thoughtful. There were plenty of empty rooms, too. Look, if you are on a tight budget, this is a good option so close to the ocean, but we were just sleeping for the night before an early morning activity and this is not a quiet place. Not so much complaining about this fact as letting potential users know what you are signing up for. No comment on breakfast, it didn't start until 7and we were gone by then."
