We give it 4 stars because of the price and the people at the front desk. If we had an issue it was adressed immediately. Pool is very small but clean and blue.

Beds were ok. The bathroom door had what looked like previous water damage. Unable to clse bathroom door properly. Shower did not have good water pressure. Wanted to wash and dry clothes after water activity. But only washer/dryer unit was broken.

The property is under renovation so only part is available for rent. However, it's clean and I felt safe. The shower stall looked brand new. I was supposed by the full size fridge and freezer, if I had been staying longer that would be great. Staff was very nice and if you're traveling with dogs it's nice to find a clean place to stay that doesn't charge extra for them. I would definitely recommend.

Convenient location, easy drive to boardwalk waterfront and historic downtown. Altho nothing next to this property, we rented a car so not a problem. Plenty of parking. Didn't get dishes first nite we stayed, but had a workaround for mealtime. Room was a bit crowded but a good layout and amenities. Would stay again.
