Wingate by Wyndham Galveston Beachfront at the Seawall
Room had mold. Needed a cleaning if walls and headboards. Covered in dust and dust bunnies. Walls were damaged due to holes in drywall. Outside grounds and parking lot not clean. Very noisy place to stay.

The Mariner
Paid over $200 and while I was there I found a live roach in the bathroom. When I went to complain there was another person there also complaining about roaches.

Seabreeze Hotel, An Ascend Collection Hotel
We stayed the night before our cruise embarkation. Best decision was to stay at this location, leave car on lot (additional fee), get transportation to cruise port (additional fee-one way or round trip). I will always pick this location when in the galveston area again. I highly recommend.
