"We had a wonderful stay - very clean and modern room with gorgeous views of the lake. Quieter than if we had stayed in Bellagio but fairly easy to get there by ferry or by bus. We dined at three local restaurants for dinner - all of them wonderful food and great staff."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."
