"I have been to many hotels in Europe and we stayed in the family room which was amazing!! Two very big rooms with two individual bathrooms! This hotel is rated 4 stars but it is more like a 5 star hotel. I would definitely stay in the family room again. It also was priced so reasonable for the rooms. The showers were nice size and great water pressure!! I am very particular of hotels and this was a great pick!! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and great location!! You won't be disappointed!"

"There were three problems with the room - two were fixed immediately, but the third - flooding of the bathroom every time I took a shower - was not fixed during my 3 night stay. Other than the room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. In easy walking distance from the Duomo and other sights, multiple restaurants nearby, as well as a market selling fresh food, fruit and vegetables."
