"The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. "The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!"

"Booked for one night but ended up staying a day longer. Charming tiny hotel in a popular strip. The location is right off the main road with plenty of dining options nearby. Direct view of the Indian ocean from the bed in the mornings and evening is breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Request for a "devilled chicken" to have with a cold Lion beer. A truly Sri Lankan experience. Bravo Sea World Boutique Hotel."

The staff were very friendly and special thanks to the Priyankara and bar staff, Lalit, Sampath and the pool staff and the lady who checked me in at the reception. "This resort is next level, from friendliness of staff, quality and options in dining choices, we were privileged to be upgraded to a pool villa that was simply huge and stunning and on our last day were given a late checkout that exceeded expectations.
