Brand new hotel. Our room was brand new everything exceptionally clean very quiet probably the best place we've stayed in so far. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were very surprised and pleased with this hotel! We would definitely stay here again. Very clean. Very modern. Again spotless facilities. Receptionist was very hospitable. Rates were worth it.

Although we were very pleased with the hotel and procing, the tv service was not acceptable. The internet kept stopping and scanning and saying searching, so could not watch. Not sure the issue we didn't ask it was late. Continental breakfast the coffee was actually cold. My husband has neuropathy so had no clue when he made for us. Only packaged creamer/sugar. They charged a $100 deposit which I felt a bit much since not a fancy hotel, very modest and simple. We were away 8 days and stayed somewhere else almost every night and never charged 100, $50 was the most if any at all. All n all, very clean and comfy, but the mentioned issues need to be worked out.

Not in the best location based on the look of the area but because of the distance of the rough neighborhood and the location of the hotel made it good enough to continue to stay.

The inside of the hotel looks newly renovated and well maintained. The room is clean. however, the staff is not professional and need additional training. 1. The front desk took about 30 minutes to check us in around 6 o'clock in the afternoon. Then the lady gave me the room card of 103 which was occupied when I entered. We both have dogs so they met "loudly". When I return to the front desk and informed the receptionist that she gave me an occupied room, her word is "according to my system is not". I said it is according to my eyes. She then double check the system and gave me a new room. 2. We checked in around 6 o'clock. Around 11 o'clock, I received a phone call from the same receptionist that she forget to have me fill in a form from my pet and if I can go do that now. I told me I can't but I will do that in the morning. When I go fill in the form the next day, I was told that the form is already fill out. I told the front desk I had not fill out anything and insisted on checking the form. The form was fill out by someone else (the receptionist said it's the other person that cover the front desk) and that person also forged my signature.

TV service was unavailable except for a few channels that featured violent or soapy reruns. No access to local or major broadcasting, no national news. Access diminished throughout the night to only a few channels. No towel racks or hooks in bathroom. No microwave. No option to heat water for tea - only coffee. Very quiet. Excellent refrigerator - freezer. Modern clean lines, but some basics are needed.

The DIRECTV had issue but was fixed right way . we don't have microwave in the room but is available to the guest at the lobby level for their use .

I love the whole layout and design of the hotel rooms and lobby. I love the idea that it was pet friendly and there was no carpet in the rooms. We were kept on the first floor which was also awesome can I complain. Only thing that we were disappointed about was we paid for a hotel that serves breakfast. Unfortunately their breakfast consisted of yogurt, coffee, and muffins. Good thing about it everything was walking distance to either waffle House, Burger King, and food Lion grocery store to name a few. I would definitely be staying again as well as telling my friends and family.

Hotel is new and clean. Walls are thin, needed tv on to drown out conversations in the next room. No amenities whatsoever- still under construction. Area around hotel is mostly industrial, small town shops. Food Lion grocery store across the street and gas station near me.

They are newly opened or thats what they said..no dinning no bar as advertised. Was put in room no tv remote handicap room so no bathtub.. Back door to a very nice patio was locked early evening so had to walk all way around hotel to get in

looking your reservation you book a handicap room so handicap room will never have bath tub .That Is why it call handicap room .For the safety of the other guest it gets locked automatically.

Brand new, could smell the new paint and facilities. They tried to offer coffee and pastries, yogurt for breakfast since the restaurant was not open. Friendly staff. No issues.

Brand new hotel. Very clean and nice. Room and bathroom were spacious. Bed was very comfortable. I was skeptical because the hotel is private owned, but it turned out to be more than I expected!!!! Will definitely book again.

Property appears to be brand new; just seating out patio furniture, limited cleaning staff, only 1 elevator worked, quite area despite surroundings appear unsafe.
