"This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts. "This is a nice property in general (very well maintained gardens, nice pool) and staff was very welcoming. However, our room was a bit run down, furniture beat up and carpet with many stains. It was cold outside when we were there (September) and the only way to heat the room was a wood burning fireplace which was not my cup of tea. "

Was a bit disappointed that when being shown to the room, the staff member took time to show us the restaurant only for us to be told around an hour later that it was fully booked. The room was clean and comfortable with a great sized bathroom. Housekeeping had not left us any milk/creamer. I asked at reception for some and was told it would be sent from the restaurant.
