"Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired.
The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We come to Fargo often to visit family and will stay with you again if you refresh your rooms. Four days in a dark smelly room is not acceptable.
Thank you for your consideration,

"This hotel stay was 3/5 stars, as it was dated but clean. Hotel was full, parking difficult to find both nights. Room was clean, AC worked great. Room did have a questionable odor. Breakfast was adequate. Cold water and fruit avaiable at front desk. Bar attached to hotel was a plus for winding down and relaxing. Overall, a good stay for the price, nothing fancy."
Holiday Inn Express Fargo SW - I-94 Medical Center by IHG
4/10 Poor
"They don't have enough staff on busy weekends (Marathon Weekend) and only have one person at the front desk for check ins or if you have an issue with your room in the evenings. The complimentary breakfast was not very good and poor quality. TVs in the rooms go dim while watching a show or movie so you are not able to see anything. Also, there is a weird smell throughout the building like a musty smell or an old vacuum smell."
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Fargo Medical Center
8/10 Good
"Been here before. Nice place. The desk staff wasn’t near as friendly this time but the gal working the breakfast rom and the housekeepers were hard working and friendly."
"The bedrooms are very outdated. They don’t even have end tables next to one side of the bed. Which is very inconvenient. The hot tubs are disgusting. The Jets are so violent. It’s like being in tidal wave. The people at the front desk were super helpful and kind. I would just not stay at this hotel because it is very rundown."
"Clean room, great breakfast. Opened up early so those of us running in the Faro Marathon could eat. Even provided water. Easy parking with quick access to the highway, mall, and lots of places to eat. Stay here every year."
"The room was very spacious and quiet. The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. The pull- out sofa did not function properly. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating."
